well i have asked about this and worried alot for a long time but i think i maybe ok but i wanna know what fellow christians have to say, I was saved a few years ago i came to God and said God/Jesus please come into my life and help me,and then a while after that i rememeber a period of time when i sorta said i wanna take a break from religion and i started focousing more on worldly things, and i sortof started doing all the wrong things that i prayed to be forgiven for again and i dunno if i really gave sinning a second thought like i knew it was wrong but i did it any way but i still rememeber thinking of God every know and then i think i knew soemthing was wrong, but know i think i have come back to God but i just wanted to make sure.
I have been told by many different people that if i had done the unforgivable then i wouldnt care that i did or not and i would be hardend against God if i had left him completly ,but i think i still love God i still care about God/Jesus.

Just pray!
We have been promised forgiveness will be granted if we are truly sorry.
We all have sins in our past which in our own eyes are unforgivable, I trust God's promise.

Post-Modern Christianity in the West, focuses on a bang up start, but there is nothing really past, "say the sinner's prayer", "read your bible alot now, that are saved, and pray alot". Everything that is written in those churches or spoken, are basically around those two themes. What I am trying to say...they have no idea HOW to do Christianity. They have an idea of what Christianity is...but since they have no history of the Church...the HOW to do this great thing gets lost. Or some people start making it up, based on that woozy feeling or pulling something out of scripture that was never there in the first place. Go to a Church with some History.. Like the Eastern Orthodox Church. You will see how the Church year, keeps you on track.

A Priest would know if you have done the unforgivable sin. That isn't a question for this forum.

I have seen everyone mention Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, I wanted to let you know exactly what the means incase the scripture wasn't clear. Jesus is who you pray to and ask into your heart and then through Him you are able to be joined with the Father. The Holy Spirit is who lives in you. Basically if you deny or Blaspheme the Holy Spirit, you are rejecting the Holy Spirit. On judgement day you will know if you have Blasphemed the Holy spirit, especially non believers, because they will be the ones that rejected the free gift of salvation. That is how you are able to have the only unforgivable sin. If you need more reference or reassurance you can look at a book called Eternal Security, by Charles Stanley. Once you are saved you are always saved. There is no nonsense about being saved one day and not the next then saved again. Otherwise Jesus's death on the cross would be a mocary The only thing that may happen is that if you have sinned recently and not asked forgiveness before praying to Jesus he will not hear our prayers. He will only hear the prayer of repentence first. That's why he tells us that when we have fallen, that we should immediatly pray for forgiveness, that way the lines of communication will stay open with Him. Just the fact that you are interested in knowing means there is a good work in you. For one would not be interested in forgiveness unless God had allowed them to see their wrong doing first and they were wise to it.

Friend, You have not commited the unpardonable sin, when a person has crossed that line, God will never deal with that person again. You say that you used to serve God & went back into the world, God is married to a backslider, Being a Christian & going back into the world is not the unpardonable sin, The Unpardonable sin is when A Christian has came to the complete knowledge of the Truth, & because of some reason they know it's truth but to please someone, they walk away from a TRUE REVELATION, notice how I said this, they walked away from a TRUE REVELATION, Not walk away from God. Anyone that has ever committed the unpardonable sin, God will never deal with that person again & that person will not have a desire to ever think about God, seeing that you have a fear of your backsliding & now are concern, shows that God is dealing with you again, Just ask God to forgive you for all your sins & accept the Blood attonement of Jesus Christ & don't go by feelings but by faith. So Friend, If you feel you are concern about serving God again proves that You have NOT commited the unpardonable sin.

The religion you belong to usually has counsel for how to deal with 'sinning'. If you're a Catholic and you are truly regretful for having sinned, you can do a confession with a priest and be absolved. Other religions say it's between you and God - pray upon your actions and try to gain enlightened resolvement of your sin - either through internal remorse and by not commiting the same act(s) again or by more proactive means such as community service.

In the end, I feel it is truly between you and your God. And on your day of judgement, your weight of good/evil will be conducted in the eyes of your deity.

Honey, it takes time to grow in a spiritual relationship. I have this same battle. God loves you no matter what and He knows your heart. Satan will put doubt into your mind to make you think and believe that their is no hope for you or that you are not good enough to be called a child of God.

You must repent EVERYDAY from your sins.

All have come short of the glory of God.

You are not the only one who goes thru this. We will be tested so see how strong we have become. Stay in the Word. The Word will help you get stronger and build a better relationship with God. Stay focused on what truly matters. I know that it is hard, but we can do this.

"If God be for us, who can be against us?"

earlier you bounce to conclusions we could keep in mind that there has been huge study carried out for our income, i'm particular you've the Library DVD, style contained in the scripture you're having a difficulty understanding and search for all reference cloth. I did this with Mark 3:29 one reference is as follows: The Greek “Aion.” “Age” could also communicate with a era of time in guy’s history, no matter if having or no longer having datable bounds. that is often used to translate the Greek observe ai·on? (plural, ai·o?nes) in some translations. Greek lexicographers coach the observe to point “area of time obviously defined and marked out, epoch, age,” and also “lifetime, lifestyles,” or “age, technology.” considering that an epoch, or age, can initiate and end or it may flow on continuously, it follows that ai·on? ought to communicate with a era of time it extremely is infinite, in spite of the undeniable fact that having a beginning. therefore, as recorded at Mark 3:29, Jesus stated that the blasphemer adverse to the holy spirit develop into accountable of “eternal [agelong, perpetual, eternal] sin,” or a sin not in any respect to be canceled out at any destiny time. the same expression develop into used with reference to the fruitless fig tree, the position “continuously” contained in the Greek is really “to [for] the age.” (Mt 21:19) At Jesus’ delivery the angelic promise develop into that “he will rule as king over the abode of Jacob continuously [actually, into the a at the same time as].”—Lu a million:33; see TIME INDEFINITE. announcing that sinning adverse to the Holy Spirit and eternal sin are the same isn't fairly real, close yet what Jesus is explaining is why sinning adverse to the Holy Spirit is unforgivable- it truly is by means of the undeniable fact that is a everlasting sin so announcing that is a everlasting sin explains why it may't be forgiven. no feasible unknowingly sin adverse to Jehovah's Holy Spirit for this reason Christ died for us and if we die we will be resurrected as Acts 24:15 explains. Sinning adverse to the Holy Spirit is the 2d lack of lifestyles from that you will be able to't be resurrected thereby being a eternal sin- you'll continuously be useless!

The one thing people dont understand is Gods love is unconditional.
The truth is as long as you keep sinning knowingly then you dont expect to have a hug everytime same time if you keep making the same mistake over and over again your parents would tell you off about it. It is hypocritical to keep messing up and keep going for repentance. If you really want to have a break do that and do that knowingly and if you want to obey God do that 100% there is no halfhouse, you either obey or disobey. I would say the best thing for you is to decide whether you really want to obey God or do what you want.
Its a choice the Bible spells it out as free will.

What you are going through is called conviction of the Holy Ghost. If you did not Love God you wouldn't care about what you do or dont do and you wouldnt care what he thinks. So first know that Jesus does love you because he see's you heart and knows how your really feel even if you don't and you have to know that you are his child, but he says you go and sin no more, this doesn;t mean we dont make mistakes or go through tribulations or trials. Whats counts is who we fall on and count on because Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith without him we have nothing and if you acknowledge this your ok.

Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is the only unforgiveable sin according to the bible.

Matthew 12:31-32 (Larger context: 12:22-37)

31 "Therefore I say to you, any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven men, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven.

32 "And whoever shall speak a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him; but whoever shall speak against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in this age, or in the {age} to come.

Mark 3:28-30 (Larger context: 3:20-30)

28 "Truly I say to you, all sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter;

29 but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin"--

30 because they were saying, "He has an unclean spirit."

Luke 12:10

10 "And everyone who will speak a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him; but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him.

God is loving and forgiving.
