the actual meaning of the word sexy (apart from myself that is) is 1. sexually attractive or exciting and 2. very exciting or appealing !! does that answer the question?!

It means above all others guys or girls you find that person most attractive. Including looks and such. Also it could mean that even tho you don't tell that person you'd love to get laid with him or her. What does it mean to you and why are you asking?
