I want to copy the image of a video playing on windows media player video to an image in a MS word document?

I tried pausing the video and using the print screen function to copy the image to a word document but that doesn't work as the video still plays in the window in the word document.

Pause the video on the fram you wish to capture

Press the PrtScr button to capture the entire monitor screen to clip board OR Alt+PrtScr to capture the Active window to the clip board

Paste the clip board image into word

save da. image on ur desktop then open a word document at da. top of da. word document hit on insert /object .place a dot on da. .create from file hit on browse .tab go to ur save image hit on that
then hit on ok
