The many different tarot decks available will all portray symbolic imagery which must then pass through your psychic senses and, given the context of the questions asked, bring forth a tarot card meaning that significantly answers your question.
I am a professional psychic and always have at least 4 different decks on the go at any one time. When a deck get’s a bit too well worn I buy a new deck (often from eBay). I prefer to work with as new a deck of cards as possible so the shuffle and deal smoothly and quickly. I usually sell my old decks on eBay too. Here’s a live RSS feed for Tarot Decks on eBay at the moment. http://feeds.feedburner.com//TarotDeck
You can use this four minute video as a brief meditation on the tarot that, repeatedly viewed, will help you learn how to read tarot cards psychically. http://www.psychic-junkie.com/tarotvision.html
Here is a free download demo for a great Tarot program. To keep the size of the demo manageable it contains the Rider/Waite deck, the actual program will have 10 complete decks. This Demo version of Tarot is a full working copy for 30 days. So you get 30 days to study meanings and spreads! http://www.free-tarot-download-demo.wotsnext.com

You can get them online. There are four different types of decks. The Rider Waite (which is the most common and actually easiest to read). The Thoth (harder to read, different meanings), the Marseille types (very medieval, very stylized) and the Oracle decks (each deck has its own card meanings. The Rider Waite style has the most amount of image variations (different artists interpret the deck, so you can find one that visually appeals to you), and with all the RW decks the meanings are the same for each of them. You learn on one and can pick up another RW style deck and read with that. If you like the traditional look, go with the regular Rider Waite. If you like a softer look, try the Mary Hanson Robers deck or the Robin Wood Tarot (I far prefer the Robin Wood deck, it's SO easy to use). Each will come with their own little white booklet of basic meanings, and you go forward from there. A VERY good site to talk to other tarot readers is on Aeclectic Tarot, just google it. If you go up to their 'decks' listing on the top right, you can see pictures of cards from many, many different decks, and each has a review you can read. They're rated by the number of stars, as to good down to bad. The site is extremely helpful. I believe you can order most of them, even if you're in India.

78
The typical 78-card tarot deck has two distinct parts. The first, called the trump cards, consists of 21 cards without suits, plus a 22nd card, The Fool, which is often given the value of zero. These cards are known as the major arcana, or "greater secrets."
The second consists of 56 cards divided into 4 suits of 14 cards each. The traditional Italian suits are swords, batons, coins and cups. In modern tarot decks, the batons suit is commonly called wands, rods or staves, while the coins suit is often called pentacles or disks. These cards are known as the minor arcana, or "lesser secrets."
