Yes it will help you lose weight. Always keep a bottle of water handy, it does help u get full faster than if u weren't drinking anything at all. Too much water is like 3 gallons, I think that is the maximum capacity a person can consume before they die from it. I always try to remember to drink water, it keeps the kidneys functioning! Just try not to drink really cold water when you're eating, it'll slow down the digestion process.

Actually just drinking more water and not changing your diet or exercise will NOT make you lose weight!
To lose one pound a person must cut 3500 calories off of their daily intake. Thus if you want to lose one pound a week , every day you'll have to cut 500 calories. This can be done by eating 250 calories less and exercise to burn 250 calories (250 + 250 =500 calories loss a day; 500 x 7 days in a week=3500 calories loss).
You can use water as a hunger stopper but that is only temporary. My advice is to drink lots of water with your meals and thus get fuller faster and eat less.
However just drinking water will not make you lose weight.

Yes, I do believe drinking water does help you lose weight. I drink a glass of water when I begin feeling hungry and if I'm still hungry I eat something I heard somewhere that you sometimes feel hungry when actually you are thirsty. It seems to help I dont' eat as much because I feel full much quickly.

Yes drinking water is actually one the best things you can do to lose weight. Not only does it increase your metabolism, but it also curbs your appetite. When we feel hungry, most often it is a result of being thirsty. I would recommend having a full water bottle with you all day and sip it throughout the day. You'll have to go pee a lot at first but your body will eventually adjust.

When you're dehydrated, your body craves salty foods (which makes you retain water) and carbohydrates. The salty foods will make you weigh more because your body will be holding onto excess water and the carbohydrates are caloric, which water isn't. While I don't think drinking water actually makes you lose weight, it definitely helps you not gain weight. I think the recommended amount is 8 cups a day. I'd suggest that you carry a water bottle around with you.

i don't know if it actually helps you lose weight, but drinking water is a lot healthier than drinking soda or other high-sugar drinks. water is good for your body, since your body is made 70% water.

Yes but it makes you have to pee a lot. You should actually be drinking 8 glasses of water a day.

Yes, it helps you to feel full. In fact, many people mistakenly think they are hungry when actually their body is trying to tell them they are thirsty.
Drink at least 96 ounces of water per day.

Yes, drink 8, 8oz. glasses per day. Too much of a loss in water can make you forget things.

Not in and of itself, no. However, drinking a glass or two immediately before each meal takes up space in your stomach making you feel full, while eating less. Remember, nothing replaces a healthy diet and proper exercise.
