I really love the whole rocker/punk/emo look hair, but I have long boring blonde hair. I have a big night out tomorrow night, I have got myself a really funky outfit, now I just need to work out what I can do with my hair!

Does anyone have any ideas or styling tips? If you could link me to a pic to give me an idea too, that would really help. Thanks.

ya, go to a store and get some funky clips that match your outfit, then wet your hair, and twist little parts of it, then clip the parts you twisted, so that the ends of the twisted hair stick out, just do that all over your head, it'll totally be all punked out. and for some extra added effects, you can get some hair spray paint, and just lightly spray it over your hair. Good Luck!!!

i have no pics, but i have a sexy hair tip for u, if u have any friends that know how to braid blk/whi ask them to help u out, im blk so i cant help u to much on the "rocker/punk" thing u got going on but i am a hairstylist and have beeen for going on 6 years im22 so maybe you can relate... part the middle of you head ear to ear, put the back in a scrunch til u done with the front, now park the middle of your hair into a box(you should have a box like space in the top middle of your head, leaving the left and right side out) put the middle box into a hump by usin hair pins or bobby pins "u can find em at any hair store" to add extra height stuff the hump with somethin like a stocking, hope i didnt loose u on that but if i did ask a friend or watch a music video ull get the idea ,get a friend to braid the sides left and right that were not used for the hump , flip your head forward as if you were blowdrying it and put the hair in a very high pony tail to the side if u still dont know what a hump is look at my yahoo atvatar after u have the pony tail in lift it up and clip the back let all the hair flow forward

If you have a night tomorrow, its probably not a good idea to try out a new color or cut with your hair since there is a chance of you not liking the outcome.

You could try crimping your hair and putting it up in different sections, making the ends of your hair spikey with some Got2be Glued hairspray and molding gel. Or Maybe put some temporary black or red dye onto the bottom layers of your hair or throughout, kind of like how Christina Aguilera used to have hers a while back.

I hope I was able to help! Good Luck!

Use rollers to set your hair let it air dry or use a blow dryer on med. Then you can do anything with your hair including fuller or smoother. It would be a fresh look on your hair without having to go all out. You can also see your hairstylist for a roller set.
If they can't do that then something is wrong? It's one of the first styling lessons we learn.

Also try using a photo to show what your end result you want is we your hairstylist can go from their.

Unfortunately, short of perming it or putting it in a bun or beehive, there's not much you can do with long hair. If you're willing to part with some of it, I think this is a really sexy hairstyle:

Do the poof. The higher, the edgier. It's so easy if you buy those mini clips from scunci. You can find them in CVS. Good luck!

if you cut it, do one of the style that you showed me, but if you dont want to cut it, i suggest pigtails. i always wear them with my short hair and it looks really cute, or two little braids..um...braids all over maybe, or a messy bun,,

i really dont know lol
