A guy doesn't have to be strong in muscles but is confident in himself to be in control and make wise decision.

I'm not such a young girl (I'm in my 30's), but I can help you. Girls (well women in my case) want to feel protected. It's instinctual. You want to feel like you're safe and that nothing can harm you and a "strong" guy or a "confident" guy can do this.
The word "control" has very negative connotations for me, and I know that a lot of girls who lack experience, get caught up with control freaks. Don't worry about what those girls are into. Girls for you, won't be into that type of guy.
You don't have to be "a muscle head" to attract someone worthwhile. You might just need a little more patience. Trust me, by the time you get to university or college, what attracts girls looking for life partners is very different than what attracts someone of high school age.

I don't like guys who are big beefy and strong strong. But one time I was with a guy at my house and we weren't really "together" so we were just hanging out. But he took control and randomly pulled me down on his lap and it was so sexy. Just things like that where if the guy just takes control and puts you up against the wall or something. That turns me on. BUT ONLY IF YOU KNOW SHES INTO YOU. One time a guy backed me up into a corner and I was NOT into him. Not cool.
Ooh I like "Tiggah" answer. Guys should take control in the sexual aspect. But other than that be mutual.

It's probably just our nature. We're programmed to choose men who have the most successful genes and are best able to provide for children, and strong, dominant guys would tend to be good at getting and keeping resources, as well as defending us and children against other guys.
Some theories say it has to do with our fathers having been our model for the Other Sex, and of course as little girls we always thought they seemed powerful and in control.

sometimes, being submissive does the trick for guys!

I think girls , atleast me, goes head over heels for strong or guys in control coz it makes me feel lesser like being with a "gay" guy. a guy with girlish accent or something totally turns me off

Because we want the alpha male. Its nature....we are all hardwired to do certain things socially or culturally. For the sake of furthering humankind we seek out the ones we think can be the provider/nurturer...i.e. STRONG.
This of course is not true in ALL cases....some times STRONG GUY=JERK GUY.

I want a man to be physically stronger than me, so I feel protected. The control issue, I am not sure in what aspect you mean in control. I feel a relationship should be a partner ship, a equal balance of give and take. Compromise. No one should be totally in control over the other individual. God bless****

that isn't true. one thing that i hate is when guys are control freaks. strong, that doesn't mean that that is all girls look for, but if you are strong its a plus. but not too strong where the muscles are like bulging without even flexing.

Personally I don't. But I know girls who do. And i think they like the feeling of security. They like to feel that they are safe with this guy. And they like things to be easy for them like the guy making all the decisions for them. Some really are attracted to jealous guys because it somehow makes them feel more special if the guy wants her for only him. Personally i think it's retarded but hey everyone has their ways.

Deep down, they fear men... and a man who is strong and in control has power. They want to be taken care of and protected by the most powerful man they know and will offer anything to them (their bodies) in order to try and attain you.
