There are several possibilities:
a) you knocked your head and you've got a bad bruise (not likely after three weeks)
b) you're dehydrated. Most headaches are due to dehydration. Make sure you drink a couple of litres of water a day. During the winter the heat from central heating causes dehydration!
c) too much caffeine in your system. Replace with water.
d) you may need to see an optician. Eyesight problems are renowned for causing headaches.
e) too long in front of a screen can cause terrible headaches. Make sure you take regular breaks.
f) have you changed your diet or your routine?
g) all the above can trigger migraines. Make sure you take painkillers at the first signs to stop them.
h) stressed?
i) muscular tension also causes headaches. Have you pulled a muscle in your neck or shoulder?
Hope this helps while you wait to see the doctor.

I had the same head problems for over 2 years and did not go to the doctor. I thought that he was just stress.
I would have to tell you to not overly stress out over this problem. However, it could be serious. I came to find out that I was having muscle spasms.
I was given some Naproxen, and the pain started to fade away. Just hang in there and wait for the doctors appointment. It may not be that serious. However, just make sure that you keep the doctor's appointment.

A lot of head pain has to do with eyesight. Do you have trouble reading or seeing things. Concentrate on what you do on a daily basis. I know this will sound silly but head pain also comes from wearing your hair too tight in a pony tail or wearing too tight of a head band. Just some suggestions.

This may indicate stress headache, back ache especially if the right side of your back is involved, eye problems, TMJ (connected to your jaw movement) r migraine if it runs in your family. You can take paracetamol or Ibuprofen to relieve you from pain. Then rest..have a good sleep to be okay and stress free.Hope this helps . god bless

Nat of course you are worried, you didn't say if you kept your Doctors appointment.
Please go to your GP and have it checked out.
As humans, we instinctively imagine the worst case scenario, which in the long run is not healthy.
For your own peace of mind Nat. have it checked.
Let me know how you get on. I will pray for God to give you strength.
Good Luck Nat.

Its probably caused by the cold weather. I get it sometimes and one of my friends suffers from it real bad in the winter. You should try wearing a hat or your hood up even if its not raining.
If you are really worried why do you try Nhs24.com They have all types of advice online.
Hope this helps
Good luck :o)

It could be cluster headaches or neuralgia... do you take anti depressants if so it could be affecting the serotonin levels in your body. if this is the case your doctor may prescribe a tablet called Pizotifin

you could have jerked your head the wrong way or just have a reoccuring migraine. Be sure the appointment is soon as possible, you could have a tumor.
