Remember some people have rules about dating co-workers.
I know people, no matter what, never date their co-workers.
If she says no, then you will have to come to work everyday and face her.
Just ask her and some others at work to do something as a group, go to a sporting event etc.
Then you can get to know her better and see if she is giving any signals.

Wait for sometime until you know her really well.But even if you decide to ask her out you will be doing it with the risk of losing your job.Everybody appear attractive during the first few weeks and its too early to actually come to a conclusion to ask them out or not.
