All sorts of things can cause damage to your hair. First, try using conditioner, and a moisturizing shampoo when you wash your hair. Put conditioning balm through your hair before styling it dry. If that doesn't work, try eating more raw fruits and vegatables and LOTS of greens. These have tons of vitamin B in them that strengthen keratin, the stuff hair, nails, and animal horns are made of. If that doesn't work, try leading a less strefful lifestyle, inclding laying off of caffeine, getting enough sleep, and practising anger management techniques. If that doesn't work, see your doctor for a checkup. You may have some kind of illness or disorder that you are unaware of, and the hair and nails are usually good indicators of overall health of a person.

I had this problem before. you might need to change your shampoo to something with more nutrients for your hair. also will need to get some good conditioner (maybe some leave in). this stuff may cost more, but its worth it. your hair might be extremly dry, (depending on where you live) or thin. sometimes you have to spend more money, and go to a salon to see someone who can help strenghten your hair, if that doesn't work. Good Luck!

sounds like you have damaged hair - you may want to try some conditioner or hot oil treatments. If they don't work you need to ask someone who works for a salon, what they think may be the problem. If they can't help you see a doctor, it could be your diet or even medication you are taking.

Learn to use proper grammar and spelling. I think that's a very suitable suggestion.

You just need to get some conditioner.
