I made some last night! Really, really easy!!!
1 can of Sweetened condensed milk - heat on stove
Add 1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (but I'm thinking hershey's cocoa may work as well
Stir until blended
Remove from stove and stir in 1 cup nuts of your choice
Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting
Enjoy!

I don't have one that I use with hershey's cocoa, but this one is simple and my family and friends love it.
Foolproof Chocolate Fudge
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
dash of salt
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into waxed paper-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temp.

I always use the recipe on the back of the marshmellow cream jar. I've never had a failure. I am curious, though, to try the sweetened condensed milk recipe. I am wondering, what size dish to pour it into? An 8x8? Once you pour it into something, I know that you wouldn't want to disturb it.

I prefer Pyrex quart measure with handle over heat diffuser :
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 bag semisweet chips
Stir until chips are melted and mix is smooth
Add 1 cap of extract or vanilla
Stir in your choice of nuts (roasted not raw)
Pour into container to chill ( I line with baking parchment for easy removal to cut )
Layer with favorite jam if desired .

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 cups hershey's milk choc. chips
1/2 cup reese's pb cup chips
Melt 1st 3 ingredients over low heat until no lumps... remove from heat... stir in reese's chips... pour in pan lined with wax paper... chill 2 hours ... cut into squares
My family LOVES these.. you can also omit the pb chips and put nuts or anything you like... or nothing at all...
