your question is a bit hard to follow, but i'm just going to assume you mean your room is cool at night but hot during the day and you don't want to use an air conditioner to regulate the temp during the day.
here's my suggestion: block out as much sunlight as you can during the day (assuming you don't mind living in a cave while you're in there); leave the windows as open as possible at night to get as much cool air inside as you can; place a fan in front of the window the encourage air-flow at night; during the day, make sure NO hot air can get in that same window - close it up tight and NO leaks; if the other areas of the house are hotter, close the room off - if cooler, always leave door open and maybe move the fan near the door to encourage cooler house air into your room.
after such a lengthy answer, i hope that really was your question :)

This makes no sense. You said your bedroom is very cool at night.....so wouldn't AIR CONDITIONING make it even COOLER?
How about buying a blanket? Down comforter? Or turning up the heat?

I use a space heater. Works perfect and saves money by not using the a/c unit to keep ya warm/cool.

More blankets or a set of flannel sheets would help. Or the flannel sheets and a down comforter.
