you have what's referred to as an top respiration an infection. those viruses get in by way of the nostril and commute downwards into the effective heat moist throat.stay there for approximately 10 days and then the mucus has dripped down into the lungs and you get contaminated, discoloured sputum once you cough. As you sound in many circumstances healthful, in case you hold your fluids up and relax as much as achievable, then this might quite often bypass in 14 days and you will earnings from having had it because of the fact your equipment could have produced antibodies to combat off comparable viruses. in simple terms use some thing like paracetamol for the fever, remembering that a raised temperature is the physique's organic way of killing viruses. Antibiotics do not kll viruses in any respect. Honey is an incredible help for the throat.

It could just be excess phlegm, do you have electric heat or is it cold where you sleep? Either of these two can be the result. Also with trying your soup and tea, try to gargle warm salt mixed with a half teaspoon of baking soda. I use that mixture to help get rid of phlegm before I sing sometimes. I hope it works for you.

My mom used to get laryngitis every winter when she sang in a choir. it might be that. Basically you voice goes out for a little while. She use to drink tea with honey and lemon. Drink lots of warm things, also lemon drops, or hard candy helps. and try as much as possible not to talk. at least that's what she use to do. Hope that helps.

Where you vomiting. One time I was throwing up and for some reason my throat got messed up. I usually just let my body take care of it. Maybe you just have a throat infection. I heard of some kind of puss that builds up at the back of the throat. It doesn't seem like anything else is going on but it does hurt.

Sometimes, for not reason I can see, during the winter I just loose my voice. In a few days it starts to come back as long as I just 'let it rest'.
My advice is to use your voice as little as possible and it should go away faster. That means no humming, singing, talking, or anything that would work your voice box.

Classic laryingitis...
The vocal chords are swollen, and that could be for a number of reasons.
Its not necessary for you to be ill for your vocal chords to be swollen...
But rest is the best....and here's another thing...
WHISPERING IS MORE HARMFUL THAN TALKING NORMALLY...
So if you MUST talk...speak as normally as you can...even if you sound like a frog...
Good Luck

gargle with warm salt water a few times....
enough salt in the water to make it taste realllllly gross--a teaspoon or two or so in 6 oz of warm water, stirred up, and then just gargle and spit it out.
