I want to slim them as quicly as possible! I'm 5'1" and weigh 114. I was in gymnastics so my thighs and legs are quite muscly and it makes me look fat cuz im short. How can I slim them? There's a little bit of fat that I need to lose first but how do I get rid of the muscle as well? How do I slim my legs without making more muscle? I want skinny legs! They are not proportionate to the rest of my body, Everywhere else i'm skinny...

You can lose weight localy.

Try brisk walking (NOT running) 3 times a week for about 30 o 40 minutes. And don't do any sort of work out with those muscles. Just walk a lot and don't take much proteins on the days you decide to walk. Proteins help build muscle and you don't want that.

I forgot to add. Make sure you strech your cuads a lot!

Diet will get rid of whatever fat you have in your body. To make those gorgeous muscular legs look thinner, proper weight training will do the job. According to Franco Columbu, 2X Mr Olympia and world-class trainer, the best way to go is to use light weight and lots of reps. If the front of your thigh is massive, you need leg extensions. Use the lightest weight you are comfortable with and do 5 sets of 20 reps daily. Bodybuilders will give a day of rest for each part of the body they work out using very heavy weights. This builds bulk. If you do the opposite, you will elongate your muscles and create beautifully cut slimmer legs, Good luck

Well, you don't need to lose body fat. If you want to reduce the size of your muscles, then you need to reduce the amount of activity you do, this in itself will cause you to lose a few pounds. But to be honest, I think thick thighs are a good thing. HTH : )

you can walk ,flex you legs to!!!! donot do lipo itcan be dangerous to you health!!!!
