what is the best exercise to tone up your thighs and tummy? I have had a tough time with sit ups after my c-section 3 years ago. Are there nerves that are severed that won't allow my to get my tummy flat again? Please Help!!!

squats, lunges, crunches and sit ups. When doing sit-ups try moving ur legs in a scissor position, bicycle and lifting ur pelvis off the ground - these will reduce the fat on the bottom portion of ur belly. Hope this helps!

Also ur diet - make sure not to eat foods w/ high calorie or high in fats...moderation and portion control is key.
