It sounds funny but this is truth i cant live my life without my first love, my 1st girl friend,my boss my everything.whole one year i convienced myself that i cant love her. i had immense pain i truly know that no body in this world cant sustain that pain for so long. atlast she came to know but now she is going away from me she is again...why?? she knows that i can speak now... truth!!! she is not bold enough to listen??? i dont want ne thing just pure love from her as long as possible for her...why she is scared??are females like this?? i cant tell this to ne body in world she has to listen...! ne body can tell me who is she...also she is my boss!!
i am also feeling that she is spoiling my image or something but i trusthernow...!!!!

U haven't mentioned how is she ( that is shy, extrovert, conservative, powerhungry etc.). So I can't make a perfect decision.
Possibiity 1) She is ur true friend ( friendship & love aren't contrary or exclusive). She may have gone through some dark chapters in her life & wishes to make u stay away from the complexes. [ It sounds queer but isn't impossible]
Possibiity 2)She loves u & is just playin a bit with u. I know I'll get a bagfull of thumbs down but it's true that women loves to play a bit ( did I say a bit!) with mens' emotions. In that case no matter of worry she'll come back 2 u soon.
Possibiity 3)She may have already got a boyfriend & wishes not to betray him. It sound's harsh but...............
Possibiity 4)She loves u & is testing the depth of ur love. Women does do so.( I myself was a sufferer)
Possibiity 5)2nd worst possible case, ( I don't intend to hurt u) but may ( I said may, It is likely to be not the case, There's truly very little chance), she's a lesbian who does not enjoy the company of a man.(forgive me for this. I really didn't intended to hurt u, but u've mentioned nothing about her, so there's a very little possibility)
Possibiity 6)Worst possible case, she's power hungry. & simply does not want to accept u because u work under her.If that's the case u'd better forget her.
Possibiity 7)She simply doesn't love u.
There are other possibilities too.
However wish ur problem will be solved soon.

Personally, I feel that it is a wrong move to date your boss. It can backfire anytime and it would become messy. It is better that you forget about it and move on. Never mix your personal and professional lives. It can prove hazardous!

well I am sorry sweetie but dont waste your time on her move on get a new girl I know you are never going to forget her but try eventually you will find someone that will be ready to listin to you and feel your love so my advise move on
