I used to take CLA and have always heard that it was safe. I'm just curious. I have some lean balance that I haven't taken any yet and was wondering if it's safe as well?

They are probably safe. Every body reacts differently. You got to start slow and listen to your body. I lost excellent when ephedra was still legal by taking Hydroxcut with diet and exercise. I had no bad effects because I followed the directions and listened to my body. The real question is it effective. I read in the Oxygen magazine my wife gets that a good way to tell if it is, is to put equal parts (1/2 cup each) of vinegar and warm water in a clear glass and drop the pill in it for thirty minutes. If it dissolves in that time and is free floating on the top it is getting in your system and you are using it. If it dissolves or doesn't dissolve and is on the bottom you are just passing it through your system. If it sticks to the sides it most likely is giving you stomach cramps because it stick to the walls of your stomach. The article claims that the vinegar and water solution reacts the same way as your stomach would.

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using Hoodia X600 Plus (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia 600X Plus being sold at http://www.alllsite.info/hoodia-weight-loss.php is in my opinion, the best product on the market. It's pure, no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). My patients have seen fantastic results with this particular Hoodia.

The only thing Hydroxycut really burns is money out of one's wallet. Right on their website they admit that their product is not FDA-approved to treat any condition. I think some Attorney General sued the makers several years ago for deceptive advertising and got a settlement.

I found this review...
"Although Lean Balance does contain some worthwhile ingredients, many of them have little or no scientific evidence behind them, and there are certainly no peer-reviewed, double blind studies validating Lean Balance itself. Therefore, I am hesitant to recommend this product outright."

I have never tried any of those, they are all gimmicks if there was a pill that worked no one would be overweight. The manufacturers get rich off people who buy and the only way to burn fat is to exercise
