a 32 is fine, but if u want to shape up in that area look for some good waist and hip exersize videos or watch FITV! I did that and im 12 (almost 13) and went from a 35 waist to a 29 waist! Oh and I also ate a lot of cereal for all meals....its wierd but it works...the good cereal like cheerios..not trix and all that sugary stuff! I hope this helps u so ur waist becomes nice and petite! But REALLY 32 is fine! I wish i had 24-26 waist but i think my 29 waist is fine....oops sorry...I tend to ramble on about me! lol

It may not even be possible for your body to get that size of waist and be healthy. You should shoot more for a body-fat % level than for the size of the waist. Eat a clean diet and a consistent exercise and workout program is the best way.

Each half inch of your waist represents (roughly) a lb of fat. Without knowing how much you weigh and your measurements, I can only guess your bodyfat level. Anyway, losing 15-20 lbs of bodyfat (not just weight) will help you get down to that size.

To lose fat, you have to perform cardio and keep your calories under what you burn daily. You can perform all the sit-ups and crunches you want, but spot-reduction is a myth perpetuated by laymen.

Well, the first thing you can do is be realistic. Aiming for a 24 inch waist is not only unnecessary, but extreme. How about aiming for a 28 inch waist. You would probably need to lose about 20lb-30lb to achieve this. HTH : )

there's no healthy way you could go from a size 32 waist to 24/26. They only way would be to exercise like crazy and don't eat. not healthy.

You may want to do what I did. I used the Cinch plan and reduced my waist from 36" to 27-28" (I'm 5'8"). Worked great for me!

Cardio, baby! And calorie reduction (don't dip below 1200 a day, though)! And time, sweet time.

Good luck to you.
