Bangs are all about your hair type facial type and structure.
If you don't have bangs start out slow. We can always cut more but can't put it back on. They only taught us one way in school.
A hairstylist with years of experience will know why or why not you should have them or what the effect would be in you did.

Bangs is American slang. In other places it is called fringe. it is when you cut your foremost hair short so it hangs over your forehead.
