Proof is a product of definition. By defining "1" as a single entity, and defining "2" as the quantity "1" of an item joined with another quantity "1" of an item, it can be "proved" that "1+1=2". So an essential part of "proof" is "definition" of the terms that make up the "proof".

I can prove that all chortles are purple snoggles by saying that some snoggles are chortles and by saying that the snoggles that are chortles are the purple snoggles. By the definition of my terms, I am easily able to prove or disprove facts.

Most people who use the term "proof" do not understand what that mechanism actually is.

Yes...one litre of water weighs one kilogram ..(watch the English..I naver said it's WEIGHT was one kilogram)...The Second World War was ended "for sure" by a predetermined,tested,scientific, witnessed, horrific explosion.....You sound like the typical psychologist, who always rely on their INEXACT science , to read books and try to copy the great thinkers minds into your head...
