I assume you mean in your body's general fluid level, or electrolyte balance. If you don't take in enough water it can be really bad for your heart. I hope you're not a vomiter... that's how it starts..

Please treat your body as good as your would your car. You'd NEVER just pull up to a corner, have some guy go, " pssst, hey I got something to make your car run faster!" and put it into your gas tank! Don't do stupid things with your body...you can buy a new car if you ruin yours, but you only get one body... drink lots of water or Gatorade, eat all four basic food groups, not too much, and go for a hike or walk daily..

Depending on where the fluid is I would guess. If in the inner ear, could cause dizziness or light headedness. Vertigo? That's the only experience I have other than the obvious retaining water, which is usually helped by taking a diuretic?
