Actually there are green tacos here in Mexico. You only have to buy green tortillas. They are not so dark, but they are very green and the taste is just a little bit different, but they still taste like corn tortillas. Usually you see them on september and november because we have some mexican parties and they cook with those colors.
There are also red tortillas, those are for enchiladas, a kind of tacos made only with cheese and onions (delicious) you may eat them with fried potatoes.
There is another kind made of black corn, but hey don´t look black, they just look like purple and the taste is also great.

I would never eat them.
remember when they came out with the green ketchup? Yeah just the though of eating it disgusted me because it was green instead of normal red. I wouldn't try it even though everyone said that it tasted like regular.
