There is no healthy way to shed pounds rapidly ... however, Slim Fast and the like work well as part of a sane diet.
But thank GOD you can spell "lose". I get so sick and tired of seeing lose spelled like "loose", as in "loose change" or "loose women".

By eating healthy protions of food, working out and doing a lot of breathing. Just by breathing you loose 300 to 400 calories a day. Best of luck.
