I don't know of a site, but I know of a good book that I feel all chihuahua owners should read. Its called Chihuahua's for Dummies. I belong to a chihuahua group and we always recommend anyone interested in getting a chi to read this first, to help understand this wonderful little dog.
You can buy it at Walmart or other stores. Also your local library might have it or can get it for you. Great reading!!
