Don't want to sound cruel but if you ever heard of "birth control" that would have helped! As for the other four kids, where are their fathers? I don't think you are paying enough. People should NEVER have children unless they are financially stable to support a child!

First off, who is this they you are talking about, and what money tree grows in the back of their yard.?
If this is Child Support Enforcement, screw em. The law says that you have a right to a periodic review and modification of your order every so many years, and an increase or decrease of your income can factor into it.
The first thing you need to do is get the forms from the court. They should be available with the law clerk. Note: sometimes you have to explain to them that you don't want legal advice (they can't do that by law), but you need the right forms.

I believe you can talk to the Child Support agency and tell them your problem, is there a court order already? I put my son up for adoption 5 years ago and I'm paying C.S. for the time he was in foster care, I told the court all I can afford is $56 per month and they said ok no prob. but I don't know if my case is different you should talk to a child support officer about your situation

First of all, he owes you the support he didnt pay when you had her. Second, if you make less for you and four kids than they are taking that is a problem. Try to get a lawyer, pro bone, or a public lawyer because thats wrong. call 1-800-supportkids for info on collecting the support owed to you.

okay ready... you need to file for back child support for the time you had her and he didnt pay...... and yes you are paying way to much based on your pay and your living conditions I would contact a lawyer and get advise and see what they say but if you take this back to court I see the judge dropping the payments you make.....

Good Luck and I hope you get this all worked out fast

that isn't much to live on... but do all 5 kids have different daddy's?... I believe you can get some help from DHS, and if they are having to help you with your $$ and kids they WILL find the baby's daddy and make him pay... best of luck...
