I am in the process of losing 70 pounds and am worried about what that kind of weight loss will do to my body, any excirse tips on what i can do to prevent myself from being left with a out of shape body

I am on a good program that is working, and eating and working out, I lost weight before, and I have seen women that have lost alot of wieght and their bodies look nasty outside of clothes.

1. Go 4 jogging daily in d morning.
2. Do regular exercise.
3. Hav control on diet.
4. Avoid oily junk food.
5. Increase ur activities.
6. Never undrgo dieting.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. you shouldnt be scared my mom is doing the same thing & its going well. you can talk to a doctor & just start excercising & eating right . dont go obsessed with this . dont just stop eating. make sure to follow your doctors instructions. & make sure you feel comfortable.. : )
