brain although being of the size of ones plam,has loads of capacity to remember and store data.we in usual life only use 30% of our brain whereas einstein used 75% of his brain.this can be done by doing testing our memory and reading as many books and journals and solving as many problems as one can .by playin memory games and doing work by testing our memory

Do more brain work. When you reach into your pocket for keys, you likely use your right hand; do it with your left. Start doing the things you usually do with your right with your left. Crossword puzzles. Yahoo answers...look up answers that you do not know. Read.
