role of home in devloping cognitive and honing skills in children?

Those skills can be developed and worked on in so many ways. Things kids view as fun, can be working on devoloping these skills or many other important skills in children. It's important at home because although school provides some, it's a whole classes work, and at home can be individualized, and worked on more often and in more ways than school can. They don't get it a lot of other places unless someone is taking their child to places to develop these better. They don't learn as much by themselves.
