this area of my head hurts whenever I touch it. I do not however suffer from any form of headache. so for me this is an unusual sensitivity though it has been there for years. I also notices that it iches me alot. and that though I am in my mid twenties and has NO gray hairs they are often time spotted in that spot. Now is this simply the fact that I'm getting grey in that spot...I am aware that grey hair itches. Secondly I grow pretty healthy hair all over my head, yet in that part my hair grows very thin and is not has thick and full as everywhere else. WHY??? I am unsure what to go to the doctor and ask for, as just what kind of scan would I ask for i'm not sure. Can anyone assist?

Just to recap, the middle back part of my head is very sensitive to touch. it's not headaches of any form, my hair grows fairly thin in that area and I've got a few grey hairs there also. Does this mean anything to anyone?

Have you thought about going to see a Neurologist? He/She should be able to help you diagnose what the issue is.

Maybe a stylist could give you some advice on what to ask the doctor.

it is a very coomon medical condition. many ignorant people have it!!!! your brain is trying to escape out of your head for lack of use. it needs exercise, and maybe one day it will return!!!!
