ok like my homeboy i was talking about well like the other day i was at his house n like he would leave my ex best friend to check on me n stuff see if i was ok n like i was a bit down that day but it didnt stop my day well like we would be outside n he would flirt with me n like you know how a homeboy would go get you a jacket if your cold well he hugged me n like would just hold me to warm me up well like he told me if i need a place i have his place if i need a car he let me borrow it if i needed money he would give it to me n like after all this time we spend with eachother it just makes me fall for him more n idont know if i should n i dont know if he likes me back but he goes to my house all the time after work n chills there till 11 or 12 then goes home n still talks to me!! do i tell him how i feel bout him?? or do i keep it a secret but i dont know how to tell him??

Sometimes people just like to flirt. Then again, sometime there is something exploratory about it. Secrets are not beneficial for anyone. Just be honest with him about his mixed messages, and let him know that you would like to know what his intentions are and how you feel about the situation. Be honest and do not be crippled by fear. Step out and be confident. Nothing is sexier than confidence.

English please...and try to drop the word "like" from your vocabulary except when it's actually a required part of the sentence...that was just not worth muddling through to try to figure out "like" what you were "like" trying to "like" say...
