If you have a Libby Lu store close by get her a gift certificate there, I promise they love it.
My 10 year old girl is getting Nintendo DS this year, along with anything Bratz. She also loves Hannah Montana and the Suite life of Zach and Cody and ITs so Raven shows and they have all kinds of stuff for those at stores now.

The gift of giving, not receiving. When my daughter was 10, we went down to the homeless shelter and volunteered. She loved it then, and we've gone back every year since. She's now 16.

Is she into doing her hair and playing in make-up? You could go to your local drug store and get her a make-up kit that has all different kinds of shadows, nail polishes, lip gloss, etc. I got one for my girls last year for $9.99 at Walgreens and they still play with it now. You get alot for your money.
They also have this thing at Wal-mart that applies beads and stuff to your hair. My girls have seen the commercial on tv and it's only $20. Just make sure you get her something girly.
