INGREDIENTS
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 eggs
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, softened
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets.
Cream the butter. Add in the eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, stir the flour and baking powder together.
Add flour mixture to butter mixture. NOTE: If batter is too dry, add a bit of milk.
Use hands to shape pieces of dough into loop-shaped cookies.
Place on cookie sheets and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool and frost.

Potato chip cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 pound butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
2 eggs
1 cup powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
Cream together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix in the flour and potato chips and stir well.
Make small little balls (size of a small onion) and roll them into powreded sugar. Place onto cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Snickerdoodles!
Fun to say, fun to make!
3 C flour
1t cream of tartar
1t baking soda
2 eggs
1C butter
1t vanilla
Cream butter and sugar til light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. In separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Add slowly to butter-sugar mixture. Chill dough for an hour. Roll into 1" balls and roll in cinnamon sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten balls with a small glass. Bake at 375 for 7-10 minutes. Mmmmm
