Ok well theres this boy at my school named Cameron. I found out for sure that he liked me. So I told my friend Kayla I liked Cameron and she told Sam (cams best friend) and Sam told Cam. So then I gave him a Christmas card asking for email and giving him mine. But when the day was over I had no email address of his. So Kayla talked to Sam again and Sam said Cameron was going to email me and ask me to be his girlfriend. But my inbox is empty!!! What do you think is up?

You need some patience, boys talk a good game but sometimes it takes them a little bit longer to get their act together. Give him another day or so....if he really likes you, it will be there.

I hope everyone is being honest with you. If they are than don't worry. Maybe this Cameron is a little shy and it is good that you sort of made the first move by giving him your email address. But maybe you should have given him your phone # too or instead. Maybe he has not been able to get onto the computer. I would give it a few more days before I worry! Hang in there!

Being that your friends are so thorough with details and they did not come back to you with his email address, this might mean that he is not interested. Maybe this guy Cameron in shy and hasn't worked his nerve up to email you yet. Why don't you talk to Cameron yourself instead of letting your friend relay all the information. That way you can decern for yourself what he is thinking or what he wants to do. Be brave, that way you will get what you want.

Why are you using go-betweens? Why not talk to the guy
himself?
There is a game called "phone" where lots of people sit in a
circle. One person turns to his or her right and whispers
something (doesn't matter what) into his neighbor's ear. Then
that person whispers into HIS neighbor's ear, etc. around the

In any case, clearly you are in school. Part of being in school
is learning how to communicate. Go communicate!

Sometimes it could take me a couple of days to e-mail someone back, if not longer. When instant messaging first became popular, I started using that more and basically stopped e-mailing people at all, just like I stopped writing letters when email became popular.
If you want a quicker response, give him your IM screenname, or Myspace or something. Or just be patient.

Maybe he has not had time to e-mail you. But if he wants you to be his g/f he should ask you in person. It would be bold of you for you to go up to him during break or lunch and just start talking to him. Don't ask him why he hasn't e-mailed you, but just ask him what he is doing for the holidays... Wait scratch that-- play hard to get. Just look at him and smile and look away quickly. LOL...

Just wait for a while. See what happens. If the email doesn't come than just forget about him and enjoy what your doing. Christmas is coming up-maybee he will ask you on Chistmas ;)

Wait until after Christmas and talk to him yourself! Why do you keep having your friends talk to him? Are you 12 or something? Grow a backbone and talk to him when the holiday is over.
