Stop acting like you love him. Give him some breathing room and time to miss you so he can see how he really feels. Right now he thinks you're always there and he doesn't really know what he feels. Act aloof and flirt with others. Stay away from him to give him time to miss you. You know the saying "You never know what you have until it's gone."

You can't change that. Someone is attracted to you with feelings of love, or he is not. Honestly, look into your heart. Even if you could force him into a relationship with you, would you really want that? It would be so contrived. This is obviously not THE ONE. If you settle for something with the wrong person, you aren't going to be available for the right person. Just think what you will be missing out on. The real thing is so great and so worthwhile, that you just have to know it's worth it to wait for it.

You can't persuade someone to love you....they just simply do. Don't keep pursuing something that you know is not going to happen. Keep the friendship and toss the ideas of a romantic relationship. At least he's not trying to lie to you about the matter.

You can't make anyone else love you, although there's an excellent book called "How to make the man of your dreams fall in love with you," which contains a lot of suggestions.
Although you can't make him love you, you can stay constantly in his thoughts by talking sexily to him and making sexual gestures like giving him your panties, talking about sex and girls, playing up to his fantasies, stroking his sexual parts, wearing fetish clothing and so on. Phone him or text him naughty thoughts whenever you're apart.
