I'm really happy with the rest of my body, but I cant seem to lose the weight from my stomach... I used to drink beer at the weekends so gave it up months ago... I also have been going to the gym 3-4 times per week since jan(06) but I just cant seem to lose it from my stomach Im a size 12 , but the skin is so un tones but from going gym the rest of me is...... Would the pill have anything to do with this?

this is the thing I am only 20.....It is getting me down coz the rest of me is fine...already had a PT gave me a programme followed still not that much better so I did another programme but still nothing

Continue to exercise but more intense if you've lost weight in other areas of your body and the problem area is your stomach in time the fat will burn from that area as well. Keep working out maybe add another day to your workout program.. key here is to not give up but to keep going. Trust me the weight will come off in that area.

Hi are you having problems trying to lose weight, if you right everything down what you eat it is a start, drink plenty of water per day (2litre's) and eat 5 pieces of fruit and 5 vegetables a day. You can eat Fish, chicken, (but not the skin) and if you do eat red meat make sure that the fat is cut off. Grill instead of frying or roasting, much better for you. I am a Weight Watcher member and I have lost over 6 Stones with them so far, not much left to lose now.

The pill might have something to do with it. The best thing to do is to go see a doctor. Keep exercising and eating right. The key is to both eat right and exercise. Also certain foods might be making you bloated.
Or you might have to change the way you exercise. You don't mention what type of exercise you do. You have to do cardio, some sort of aerobic exercise and weights to maximize your weight loss and to tone you all over.

If you want to lose weight, the Kimkins diet will knock the pounds off quickly. We have many UK & Dutch members.

But if you're happy at your size, then you have to accept your tummy. Exercising will only tone the muscles under the fat, but not remove the fat itself.

Look for lower calorie recipes will help. You might like my Chicken Fajita recipe below. Just skip the tortillas.

Take time once a 7 days to plan out and shop for meals and snacks so you're prepared whenever hunger strikes.

just stick with a diet that consists of calorie burning foods, such as fruits and berries. you have to give these things time. i have a cousin who drank regularly and got quite large, she went on a diet with her mum and they supported each other, after about 2 years she looks incredible!!!!!!!!!! shes dropped to a size 10/12 which she never thought she'd reach. you have to stick with the gym too- swimming is brilliant for tonning stomach muscles!!
