There is no *useful* English>Spanish conversion utility in MS Word. You'll need to find a translator. Alta Vista's Babelfish website can translate, but there are no guarantees as to accuracy.
If you think that right clicking your text and selecting Word's built-in "Translate" function is going to work, guess again. If you think setting the language to Spanish is going to make your text become Spanish on the fly, guess again. I know these methods are BUNK because I tried each of them.
I am unceasingly amazed at the number of people that offer suggestions, without any consideration for whether their advice is useful.

Ok, that one guy is full of it. Under Tools in Word, you can change the language setting to Spanish, but that will only give you the ability to spell/grammar check if you have that feature installed. If your text is in English, it will stay in English. Online electronic translators are a joke, and anyone who has a grasp of the language will know if you use one. So if what you need is a translation of a text from Spanish to English, you will need to hire/ask someone to translate it for you.

There is a Spanish Translation in Word. Click on Tools, Language, Set Language, then set the language to Spanish.
