ok so i fell in love with this guy and he started to not talk to me and then i asked him why and he said that he has been going through a lot of stuff right knw and he didn't want to hurt me but every time he says that he wants to hang out he ends up not coming over.. yet he tells me that he fell asleep or somthing came up that he couldn't tell me about and knw he is saying that the reason that he stopped showing up was b-cuz he is going into the army and didn't knw how to tell me what should i do is he telling the truth?? or is he just playing mind games with me?

It may be the truth. Maybe he was getting close to you and it was hurting him inside knowing that he was leaving soon. So maybe he thought it was easier to stay away. But if you love him, let him know. Even if he is going into the army, love should last and be there when he gets back.
Then again, it could be a lake of lies. All you can do is try to fish out the truth.

Before you said that he told you he was going to the Army, it sounded like he was trying to play with your head. I've learned that when a guy says that he's coming and then doesn't show, he already has someone else, especially when he doesn't want to tell why he couldn't make it. But if he is lieing, he didn't have to take it that far and tell you he was going to the Army. How long have you known him? Did he just start acting this way or was he like this from the begining?
It really doesn't matter if he's going to the Army or not. The bottom line is that for some reason he is trying to get rid of you and i suggest that you move on with your life before you really end up getting your feelings hurt.

Whether or not he is playing mind games is irrelevant. He told you he's leaving. Whether it is into the army or across town. He wants you to know you won't be seeing him again for a long time.
Take him at his word and move on. The alternative is making him prove that he wants to get away from you by making him do it in front of you. How could that make you feel better?
And, since when are you the judge of the truth? Are you always this caustic and demanding of your guys? Good luck with that.

Not necessarily mind games, he sounds like a player in general. Don't be so quick to forgive and forget when a guy ditches you on evenings you'd planned to go out on a date. He's not being respectful and he wouldn't treat a friend this way. You may think you're in love, but love is not a one sided affair. He also seems to have a flair for the dramatic...now he's going into the army....gets your attention back all over again and makes you question whether you've been too hard on him. Don't wait for this guy....get back out there and find someone who deserves you.

Well first off, YOU never ask a guy what is wrong, that was my huge mistake as well, Most men will NOT tell you the truth about anything, they want you to figure stuff out on your own. He maybe telling you this is because he may not be interested in you and he doesn't want to hurt your feelings, that's how most men I know are to be honest.
Don't let this jerk bother you, go out and find someone worth while talking too and who likes you just as much as you like him.

Its hard to tell what is going on but I suggest you just talk to him. his avoiding you must hurt as much as knowing he going to the army you guys need to talk and sort out the situation

May be he is trying to avoid you and he doesnt has the guts to tell that face to face.
But verify abt the reasons he had given if possible. He may be innocent too.

Honestly to me it sounds like he is playing games with you. If I was in this situtation as hard as this is I think you should really leave this guy alone. I think if you keep letting him play head games with you you are going to have a broken heart.
