"I the LORD GOD made evil."
Oh dammit, whats the verse....
Isaiah 45:7!!! (BTW, the word "evil" here is, in Hebrew the word "Ra" which is very correctly translated "evil." It's the word used most often when describing Satan.)

God made us good.
We chose to question God and question Good and make up our own minds without a basis beyond our own self needs for making such decisions.

He made us all good and perfect in the begining, but then we allowed this disease called sin come into our lives and since then many of us come out worse than others but in all actuality we are all bad, that is why Jesus came and died for us to cleanse of us our sins so our lives are hid in Him and we can be righteous again :)

Yes he did make everyone. But everyone has a choice on how we behave and we have to face the repercussions for our decisions.

No. I think there are some dark souls of course. Most of us live our lives and try to do our best without hurting anyone else.
