I am Indonesian student currently studying A level in Singapore,I intend to pursue degree either in finance or economics.
I also want to know how big is the chance in getting financial aid.If so..what is the maximum amount of aid they can give

I don't know about universities, but try private scholarships, like maldef.org. They have a whole list of private scholarships there.

Check out the University @ Buffalo. That is where I attend and we are known for being the top third diverse university. AWESOME PROGRAMS!
