go to http://www.isohunt.com and type the name of the software ........u'll get a list of softwares in torrent format........ to download isohunt files all u need to hav is a torrent client......... get a free torrent client from........ http://www.bitcomet.com ....... for yr piece of software just write "windows" in the search box and click search..... download files which r showing a good health condition to make the download process fast.

If you have a license key code then go into any PC shop, explain that you have lost the disk, produce the key as proof of ownership and I'm sure they will only charge you a small fee for a copy.
Its the key that proves legitimacy. You can use any CD as long as you have a legitimate license and that it is only used on one PC. The key will be a sticker somewhere on the base unit.
