I just purchased a small bag of Kona. The stuff is expensive, and I don't want it to lose it's freshness. Should I keep it the freezer?

Kona? Love it and have some. I keep mine in the refrigerator and it stays fresh just fine.

Don't keep it in the freezer. The moisture from the ice crystals that will form will alter the flavor of the coffee. Best way to store it is in an airtight container in a cool place out of the light (if the container is clear). Enjoy your coffee.

Yes, freezer is best.
But even better is buy it not ground, keep that in the freezer and use a coffee grinder.
I usually buy it in 5 lb bags, keep it in the freezer except for a bout half a pound from which I grind it.

Keeping it in the refrigerator is good. I just buy the small packages of coffee and keep them in a cool place.

You should always buy the bean...then grind it as you need it and put it back freezer.
