I am looking for a spicy brown sauce. I have checked Allrecipies and Food Tv but have not found one.

You can try 1/3 part sesame oil, 1/3 part soy sauce, and 1/3 part terryaki sauce. Yummy!

You can make a sauce with Oyster cause and add a teaspoon of starch stirred in little water, when the liquid is boiling to thicken. Add a dash of sesame oil and pepper, or if you like it spicy, sprinkle some hot cayenne

Another way is to use soya sauce with some water and add the thickening as above.

1 part each; Sesame oil, soy and teryaki are common. Heat oil and add ginger garlic and scallion, then soy and teryaki. And, as my Asia's Chef says, "It's called STIR fry, not SIT and fry."
