i suffer from this, it's a combo of 2 things called morning and work......I don't do mornings, especially mornings at work.
actually sometimes this does happen to me especially if I don't get enough sleep or good quality sleep. sometimes mornings are just like that for people, makes you queasy. unless you've got a medical condition like irritable bowel syndrome or ulcers or acid reflux, you might have to look into sleeping better and watching what you eat and what time you eat at night, that's important cause tummy aches are caused by a little more acids in the tummy and if you eat late then go to sleep, the stomach can't really process the food properly leaving you with more acids in the stomach. you should get a general check up and might mention it to your doc if the "cure yourself" method doesn't work.

Do you get the stomach ache after or before food, or does not relate to eating food? Generally, stomach aches are caused by stress and also food and alcohol play their roles. Acidic drinks and spicy food may irritate your stomach. Sometimes this ache is simply because you do not eat anything as breakfast. If my explanations are not enough, give more details and ask your questions.

Do you have cold milk with your breakfast? Both "cold" things and dairy can be the cause. First make a warm oatmeal using milk for breakfast. If you feel fine, it was the "cold" that your body didn't want in the morning. If not, try a non dairy breakfast, like a boiled egg and bread. If that does the trick , then it was lactose intolerance which is more pronounced in the mornings.

I sometimes get this as I have IBS flare ups from time to time.
Sometimes its because you just need a big fart.
Sometimes its because your stressed and your bowel gets upset with you and does annoying things.
Your brain then cottons on and makes it worse.
What are you eating as well? Do you eat enough fibre? Drink enough?
And when was the last time you had a poo? And a proper one?
Ah the glamour of stomachs..aaah ... :)

Something you're eating or drinking that your body doesn't like. My doc told me that as we get older, we get more intolerant (in more ways than one!). The most likely culprits are coffee or fruit juice - orange juice is pretty acidic. Try eating your cereal first, then have coffee or juice on a full stomach.

Do you suffer from a sore mouth and throat at the same time? If so then make sure you are not eating drawing pins for breakfast.
