my whipping cream (milk carton whipping cream, not the canned ready to use stuff) has lumps in it....Does anybody know if this is normal for it and if it's still good to use for baking???

It is probably sour! Throw it out and buy a new one! This is not normal at all! It is supposed to be thick, but not lumpy!

Does it smell sour?
If not then it has probably just seperated. Give it a shake then look at it again.
