I know that: IN The bible
God is in the heavens.
Devil is in hell
Both affect life
Judgement is coming

But what does it say about heaven and hell itself (for normal ppl)

Don't make these assumptions! Do you want to know what the bible actually says about God and Satan, Heaven and Hell, and Judgement Day? If you do, you have to let go of these obviously baseless assumptions. The Bible, when read without assumptions and without an agenda, tells a totally different story than what you and others have been tought. To understand any of it you have to read it with a clear mind.

To begin with, the Devil is not in Hell. It would be nice if he was, but that is not what the Bible teaches. It says he is the god of this age (II Corinthians 4:4) and the ruler of the cosmos - the present world order (John 14:30), and the whole world lies under the influence of the Evil One (I John 5:19) - which should be abundantly evident to those who have eyes to see, and which can be plainly observed by the malice and blasphemy of many using this site.
If you want a description of Heaven I recommend to you the last Book of the Bible - Revelation; especially chapters 4,5,21,22) As for Hell - the Hebrew word is Sheol, the Greek is Hades, and it is the term for the realm of the dead. I suggest you read. Luke chapter 16:19-31; however it should be noted that "Abraham's bosom", as I understand the Scriptures, is no longer situated in Hades, because Jesus took the faithful departed with Him into heaven at His ascension. Hades is not the final abode of the wicked however, but Death and Hades and the wicked will in the end be cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, also referred to as the 2nd death. (Revelation 20:10,14,15; 21:8)

Yes there are many references to heaven and hell.
Heaven the realm where God exists. God's intention was to live in his creation with humans, but humanity rebelled. God exists in exile from the people he created, but he will live among us after the end of this present, sin-filled age.

Revelation 21:1
Revelation 22:1-5

People who believe in God have their citizenship in heaven because Jesus is there waiting to return to a restored creation.

Philippians 3:12-21
2 Peter 3:3-13

A lot.

A little about heaven...

NO DISABILITIES, PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS, FATIGUE OR SICKNESS - Forget about cancer, aids, diabetes or any other disease or deformity. - Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then shall the lame [man] leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert. (Isaiah 35:5,6) But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31) And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein [shall be] forgiven [their] iniquity. (Isaiah 33:24)

NEW, IMMORTAL, REAL, PHYSICAL AND YOUTHFUL BODIES - No wrinkles, blemishes, bumps or scars. Perfect symmetry and proportion. - For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. (Philippians 3:20,21) In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality. (1 Corinthians 15:52,53) And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. (1 Corinthians 15:49) Notice God’s promise. - His flesh shall be fresher than a child's: he shall return to the days of his youth: (Job 33:25)

POWERS AND ABILITIES LIKE THE ANGELS - This is almost unbelievable when you understand from the Bible what angels can do. - For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven. (Mark 12:25) Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection. (Luke 20:36)

NEW HEAVENS AND A NEW EARTH - God has promised that His people will inherit the earth but it will be a new earth and a new sky which is referred to as heavens. There will be no more sea or large bodies of water separating people. - Blessed [are] the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. (Matthew 5:5) For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. (Isaiah 65:17, 66:22) And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. (Revelation 21:1)

and a little about hell....

A JUDGMENT
Revelation 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

NO ETERNAL FLAMES OF FIRE IN HELL
Revelation 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

No one will have eternal life burning for trillinons of centuries in the flames of hell fire. Hell and death itself will have an end.

You need to study the acts of the Apostles, and read Revelation. They have all your answers.
Man was never destined to go to heaven to stay there.
And yes the bible clearly shows that hell is not a blazing fire, but it is the ground on which you and I walk.
(From dust you came,To dust you will return) did you forget that?
Revelation says that just 144,000 will see heaven.
It also says that God will pitch his tent with mankind.....He moves in with us, not we with him.

Jesus made more references to Gehenna (hell) than any other person in the bible. He also explicitly states on several occasions what it takes to get into heaven.

It says a great deal of things. Jesus spoke in parables all the time about the kingdom of heaven. Read the gospels (matthew, mark, luke and John). Jesus said "the kingdom of heaven is within you"
