Your better off letting your dog be breed by a rabbit.
and leaving the real breeding up to the profesionals who have years of experience in breeding for the better of the breed, you would surely make it worse.

First prove that your dog is worth breeding - usually this is done through success in the show ring or obedience competition, although I certainly wouldn't discourage someone from breeding a dog that's top-notch in another area, like hunting. The important thing is that the dog has some qualities that are worth perpetuating, proven through performance (rather than owner opinion).
Then study, study, study the pedigrees for your variety of poodle until you understand the influential lines, approaches by the various significant breeders, key characteristics to breed for and so on.
Research the genetic health issues of poodles, the bloodlines in which problems are found, the health testing required of potential parents, etc.
Using the knowledge you have gained, select the dog poodle which has also proven itself worth breeding, will best complement your own poodle's characteristics, and is least likely to result in unhealthy puppies. I would recommend that a first-time breeder select a stud dog owned by an experienced breeder who can provide plenty of advice.
This is the only way to be reasonably certain that you'll get good puppies. Healthy parents of good quality, with genetics that complement each other, are likely to have puppies that are also healthy and good quality. The opposite is also true.

If you don't know anything about breeding-don't. If you do, you'd know to ONLY breed a poodle w/a poodle & so-on. "Designer" dogs are just mutts- ant most of them end up in shelters.
I won't tell you what to do, but I suggest if anything breeding to another poodle. Keep the bloodlines, as so-called 'puggles' and 'cockapoos' are ugly (I think) and aren't a real breed.
Just my two cents! :)
