ok so my opinion - a lot of the time i think id be happier as a woman. i think generally women get more love and sympathy, i feel that society is kinder to them in that way. also im jealous of pregnancy, it could be beautiful. i like being a man cos i like being physically strong and having a d i c k. peeing standing up is great btw, ive done it sitting and standing, no contest! so conveniant.. also i like having a male singing voice (im a musician.) what bugs me is just that cos im a sensitive person, a lot of the time i get pis*sed off when people treat me differently cos im not some really macho guy or whatever. i guess i wish people would accept me a bit more for who i am so i could be myself more, and maybe as a woman i could do that. i dont know really. something that worries me is the possibility of having a child taken away from me cos women tend to get custody. also i have a bone condition which sort of creates a contradiction when youre trying to be a strong man. whatever....

I don't think you should even ask this question. You are what you are. Its okay to question things in life, but when you question whether or not you want to be what you are, then there's problems that are like... psychological. I'm a woman and I don't even consider the possibility of being anything else. Its not like a pair of shoes that you can change. People have to stop asking so many questions because that's part of the reason the world is becoming so ridiculous

I think I'd be exactly what I am... a man. I I think both sexes have their +'s and -'s. Perhaps if society treated all with equality and acceptance regardless of whether we are male, female, gay str8,old young, Black, white or whatever, I think we should all be proud of who and what we are.
Now, why I would rather be what I am, a man.. ? Hmmm.Well, for starters, women really are NOT treated equally. I have heard it said "It's a woman's world. I beg to differ it is very much a chauvenistic and "red neck" world. IE. Equal pay, respect, advancement... etc (although improving) In these regards it is very much a man's world. If a man runs around he doesn't get as bad a reputation as a woman does. Child bearing is painful and I am not so sure I am "man enough to face that!" Also, I believe women are really the "stronger" of the sexes when it comes suffering and I like to be pampered by my special lady when I am sick or down. That's why I think being a man is better!

I'd much rather be a man, being a woman stinks.

Women are second class citizens, we earn less, we have fewer opportunities for careers and career advancement, we have to suffer through growing breasts, painful periods, even more painful childbirth (and if you don't do that people imply that you're not a 'real woman').

You are expected to give up your ambitions, get married and cook and clean for your man and your offspring for the rest of your life and if you don't you aren't a 'real woman' you are a 'career girl'. Your name doesn't matter at all, you have no identity except with respect to the men in your life i.e. your father and husband. We get crap is we are over weight, crap if we worry about our weight. The men in out lives beat us, rape us and then leave us to deal the with consequences.

If I had a choice I'd definitely have been a man.

I am a woman and I love who I am and what I am. God made me the person I am so who am I say I should be different. One reason I like being a woman is because we can carry a baby for nine months and feel physically its developement inside us. We can dress more ( for want of a better word ) prettily, need a better word than that but can't think of one at the moment.

I much prefer being a woman thank you. Women have the ability to think through things differently. In most cases we are the nurturers and the comforters. We see the little things that need to be done. We give the gentle touch in life. We also have the ability to bring forth life and carry it around for several months.

A while ago I had to go home with a catheter after surgery which caused me to "go" like a man. After seeing it from that viewpoint, I am very grateful to be a women, thank you very much!

i would rather be a female.
to experience the fun of being a girl, a lady, and a woman.
understanding and compassionate, loving & caring, strong and soft at the same time. sometimes she's so tough yet she's crying her heart out. she's can be both extremes at the same time.
giving away her charms in such a way that you'll love her,
speaking her mind and hurt your pride in a gentle way
she can be so mean yet so kind

I'm a woman and I love being one. It's great to be pretty, be able to show emotions, have babies, be protected by strong men, be thought of as sexy, have long hair without being a hippy, be bit dippy sometimes, be able to ask for help, be taken out to dinner, wear fancy undies and high heels, cuddle kittens and puppies, have men do your DIY and car maintenance in return for cooking gorgeous dinner etc etc

a man. life is so much easier cos we dont have to:

have babies
shave our legs
apply makeup each day
spend 4 hours doing our hair
have periods or pains
wear a bra or tights
worry about our weight

the only thing we have to worry about is shaving in the morning, which...we can choose not to do!
