To Boilerfan- the command is "Thou shalt not Kill." The Devil is responsible for all death as he brought sin into the world. And God is following his rules - he didn't kill the people, they drowned in the water. If they had been faithful, he was more than happy to save them from death.

GOD doesn't kill people. People kill people. You need to read the bible. Thou shalt not kill. GOD doesn't lie and can never go back on the words that were written. Satan would have you believe such a thing and so long as you continue to worship him, you will perish just as he will again. GOD bless you.

Actually the command is to not murder, not to not kill. I am not certain there is a body count. However, it should be pointed out that almost everybody ever born has died. There are a couple of exceptions in the Bible.

I'd like to set you straight! When Adam disobeyed God by his disobedience he turned over the rights to earth and all the things God gave him dominace over.......to Satan.
Satan is the presant God of this world.
About the flood.........Only sinners died.

Lets see, since the Devil caused Adam and Eve to sin, he helped bring death into a world where there was none before, so EVERYTHING that has dies, every person since then, is on his hands.
And no, God is not human, he does not have to follow our rules.

The orginal languages say that thou shalt not MURDER. A big difference between killing and murdering. God will take care of the enemy. Satan is the enemy. Jesus Christ will return and wipe Satan and his demons off the face of the earth.Study the original languages. Peace out.
