Should I throw it away or use it anyway?

It's happened to me and I have still used it. I know most people think that's gross, but it's probably the same people who let their dogs lick their face. Maybe kitty was trying to tell you she wants her own toothbrush to brush her teeth, which you really should do anyway. My kitten Dingo loves to play with the power spin toothbrush-loved the nice interplak set I had too where water goes from the tank through a tube and chewed a hole in the tube so now I can't use it anymore. Shouldn't have left it on the counter.

Throw it away. Gums are one of the most dangerous entrances for bacteria. Tou can disindfect it with powerful disinfectants, or boil it in boiling water, but it's not worth it, take a new one.

+ Go buy a new one if you don't have extras lying around
and keep the new one where your kitten can't get it
'cause chances are he will do it again!
but I wouldn't use the tooth brush because you could get very sick from the bacteria in there mouths!

Get a new one. A cat's saliva can cause reactions to your body and where your mouth and face is a sensitive area I would for sure get another one. Think of the germs when she cleans herself alone.

Put your toothbrush in a little cup with some Listerene and let it soak for a few hours. I think that will kill any germs from your kitty.
