It matters how often and how much you spend each visit. I tip mine at least $25.00.

I bring a gift and just tip her the same.... But I've going to the same hairdresser for years... so I know here pretty.. I usually give her a bottle of wine or something.

Typically, etiquette for these types of services is roughly the same amount that you would tip a wait-staff person: 15 - 20%. If you are feeling generous, 25 - 30% over the holidays.

Zero, have never tipped a hairdresser. Where I live at, they're very busy, and very costly.....hate to be a cheapskate, but I don't see a need to do it.
